The program
Roborx operates Roborx Service & Support for account and service updates, onboarding assistance, and replies to support requests. This is a recurring service and support program. It does not include promotional offers.
Your consent
By entering your mobile number at roborx.ai/sms, actively selecting the consent checkbox, and submitting the form, you agree to receive these messages at that number. Providing a phone number elsewhere, having an account, or contacting us does not by itself enroll you. We confirm your enrollment on screen after saving your consent.
You must be authorized to use the number you provide. Your consent applies to this program. You may continue using our services without agreeing to receive texts.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and support needs. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent or received. Your mobile carrier can explain any charges under your plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to a message from us, or follow our opt-out instructions. After an SMS opt-out, you may receive one message confirming that you have unsubscribed. No further program messages will be sent unless you subsequently provide new consent. To rejoin after opting out, contact support.
How to get help
Reply HELP to a message from us, or use our support contact form at roborx.ai. Do not use this program for emergencies or send patient, prescription, or other sensitive health information.
Number changes and delivery
Let us know if you change or give up your mobile number. Messages depend on network and carrier availability. Delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for details about mobile information and consent records. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes and contact
